Named publicly as accused by the archdiocese on its list 4/24/2019. Assigned to Ss. Peter and Paul in Cumberland 1956-1976. The archdiocese received an allegation in 2007 of abuse in the late 1950s-early 1960s. A second allegation was received in 2008 of abuse in the late 1950s. Died in 1976. Mentioned in the 4/5/2023 MD Attorney General’s Report.
