Referred to as J. Arthur or Joseph A. Longtime pastor of Sacred Heart in Watertown, NY. Also known to have worked in the Dioceses of Providence, RI and St. Petersburg, FL. Died 12/2/1988. Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/2019 under the NY Child Victims Act. Included on the Missionaries of Sacred Heart USA Province list of credibly accused.
