Fr. Joseph P. Fratic
A man filed suit in 2/04 alleging that he was molested by Fratic, then assigned to St. Paul’s in Cambridge, after another priest lured him to Fratic’s home. The suit says the other priest, Paul Hurley (another alleged abuser), gave the 13-year-old boy pornography and alcohol and that Fratic molested him on one occasion. Privileges removed in 2004 by the Archdiocese. Still on administrative leave as of 8/22 and canonical proceedings still in process, per Boston archdiocese list.
