First revealed in 3/20/18 diocesan list as removed, retired, or having left ministry after allegations of sexual abuse of a minor. Listed in the 1988 Official Catholic Directory as in residence at St. Mary of the Cataract in Niagara Falls NY; the 1988 Directory index does not provide his year of ordination, although the ordination year was routinely provided in the Directory beginning in that year. Accused in a 9/19 lawsuit of assault, including sexual, of a boy, ages 17-18, at Ss. Peter and Paul 1985-86. Removed from the diocesan payroll 5/1/20 as part of a bankruptcy agreement. Accused in a lawsuit filed 9/17/19 of abusing a child, ages 9-11, in 1971-73 while assigned to Assumption of the BVM in Lackawanna.
