Named publicly as accused on the Los Angeles archdiocese’s list updated 12/6/18. Per the Official Catholic Directories, Garcia was a member of the Canons Regular of the Immaculate Conception (C.R.I.C.). Reports to the archdiocese in 2013 and 2015, of incidents alleged to have occurred in 1995 and in 2013. Faculties removed 2013.
