Retired in 1974. Died 12/11/1983. Name included in the 10/2005 $22M settlement between the Hartford Archdiocese and 43 people alleging abuse by 14 priests. Per the Archdiocese’s list 1/22/2019, an allegation was received against Graham in 2003.
