Fr. Carlos Guerra
Charged in the early 1980s with being “sexually involved” with a 14-year-old boy in 1981. The boy told his mother in 1983. Charges were dropped in 1986 because the law had changed in 1983 to require corroboration in cases that were not promptly filed. Included on the the archdiocese’s list 1/31/19. It notes that Guerra was removed from ministry in 1984 and that he left the priesthood in 1987.
