Deacon Jesse Guerrero
Ordained as deacon 1989. Removed in 2002 after allegations that he molested three girls, ranging in ages 10-15. Indicted by Grand Jury. Trial held in 12/03. The girls testified at the trial. Jury deliberated less than one hour before finding Guerrero not guilty. He wanted to return to ministry; bishop was still reviewing the matter.
