Shown as accused by the diocese on its list 3/20/18. When working in 1979 at Most Precious Blood in Angola, teachers from the school went to diocesan officials with their “anxieties” about Hajduk. He was kept in ministry. Accused in a 7/20 lawsuit of molesting a boy, age 14 or 15 in 1977 while assigned to Precious Blood. In 2005 a man reported to the diocese that Hajduk gave him drugs and alcohol and raped him repeatedly for three years, starting when he was age 12 in 1978. He said Hajduk threatened to kill him if he told. Accused in two suits in 2019 of abuse of boys while at Holy Family in Buffalo, his assignment after Most Precious Blood. Pastor in Cattaruagus in 1991, no longer in parishes after 1994.
