Temporarily removed from ministry 4/22/2013, pending an investigation by the County Attorney and Diocese. Allegedly had inappropriately touched a minor in about 1990, while at St. Mary’s in Keota, Sts. Peter and Paul in Clear Creek, and St. Elizabeth in Harper. Pastor of Holy Family in Davenport when removed. Allegation was received approximately 4-5 days before his removal. Reinstated by the Diocese 5/23/2013 after the investigator did not substantiate the allegation.
