From Ireland. Graduated from St. Mary’s Seminary in Baltimore. Spent his entire career in MD and DE. Retired in 12/1974. Died 04/16/2000. Apparently was named in a civil suit filed in DE in 2009; his personnel file was to be released in 11/2009 by the Wilmington diocese as part of the diocese’s bankruptcy filing. File released in 2/2012.
