Fr. Joseph J. Hassler
Monsignor. Accused in two lawsuits filed in 7/20 under the NY Child Victims Act. One plaintiff claims abuse by Hassler at age 5 in 1956, when he was a St. Mary of the Assumption Parish school student in Lancaster. Hassler died 6/22/86, per the 1987 Official Catholic Directory (a news outlet reported his death as in 1998).
