Fr. Richard Allen Henry
Archbishop Mahony warned in writing in 1988 about Henry’s behavior around young boys. Removed in 1991. Pled guilty in 12/91 to abuse of four boys 1985-1991. Received treatment. Sentenced in 1993 to eight years in prison. Removed from active ministry in 1993. New accusations in 2002. Civil suit 2003 by three plaintiffs. A total of 13 accusers per archdiocese list. Included in 12/06 $60M settlement involving 22 priests. Personnel file released in 1/13.
