From Mexico, where he attended Los Misioneros del Espiritu Santo Seminary in Mexico City. Ordained for the Diocese of Sacramento CA. Placed on permanent leave 1/2008 after the diocesan review board deemed credible allegations of abuse. A man had alleged in 7/2007 that Hernandez molested him 1986-1987 at age 13, while Hernandez was assigned to Our Lady of Lourdes in Colusa. On diocese’s list 4/30/2019.
