Parish priest until 1989 when he was assigned to the Marriage Tribunal. Resigned in 7/2002 after admitting to an incident of sexual abuse of a minor nearly 30 years prior. Director of Diocesan Housing 1969-1971. Included on the Diocese’s list 1/17/2019, which notes multiple substantiated allegations of abuse occurring in about 1977-1978. Ordered by the Vatican to a life of prayer and penance. Died 4/4/2023.
