Accused in a suit filed in 6/2003 of sexually abusing a boy, ages 12-14, in the mid-1970s. Huck’s accuser was a resident of Boys Town, outside of Miami. Huck allegedly silenced the boy with threats. The boy is said to have told his house parent and the director and was punished. He said he also told Archbishop McCarthy, who told him not to say such things about a priest. Claims settled in 2004. Huck retired in 2002.
