From India. Ordained in 1947 for the Archdiocese of Goa. Transferred in 1956 to Angola. Arrived in Oakland CA in late 1963. Worked in East Bay parishes until retiring in 1995. Moved to Fremont. Died in 2016. Accused in a lawsuit[s] sometime between 2020-2022 of child sexual abuse.
