Accused of abuse of two teenage boys. Archdiocese learned of first instance in 1988. On health leave 1988-1990, leave of absence 1990-1993. Left active ministry in 1993. Civil suit filed 2004 alleging abuse 1980-1983. Included in Grand Jury report of 2005. Laicization announced 2005. Name included on secret 1994 memo from Rev. William Lynn to Msgr. James Molloy (released 2/27/12) regarding priests in secret archives who were guilty of sexual misconduct with a minor.
