Fr. William R. Karvelis
Accused in a lawsuit filed 8/19 under the NY Child Victims Act of abuse 1968-70 of a boy ages 13-15. The abuse allegedly occurred at St. Patricks in Bay Shore and on trips to Karvelis’ home.. Included in 3/21 on the diocese’s list of accused, which notes alleged abuse at St. John Nepomucene in Bohemia, where he was assigned 1/80 until his death 7/28/93.
