Named as credibly accused by the Society of the Divine Word Chicago Province on its list 4/18/2021. Abuse noted to have occurred in 1971 in Washington DC. Assigned in the Order’s Southern Province in 1968, Techny IL 1969, WDC 1969-1972, Chicago 1973-1974, Indianapolis IN 1975-1978, and again Chicago 1979-1986. Dismissed from the Order in 1987. Founded a youth center for teenage gang members in Indianapolis in 1974. Continued to work there as a priest after his dismissal, “without any church affiliation,” per a 1992 news article. Died in 2004. Included on the Chicago Archdiocese’s list 5/4/2023. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report.
