Assigned to parishes in Queens, Bellmore, Elmont, Greenlawn. Retired in 1989. Died 5/22/92. Accused in a lawsuit filed 6/12/19 of sexually abusing a girl, age 5 or 6, in 1970, while Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi in Greenlawn. The abuse allegedly occurred while the girl was attending a neighbor’s son’s First Communion celebration in Greenlawn. Keyes allegedly isolated the girl, then sexually assaulted her.
