Fr. Nelson J. Kinmartin
Ordained for the Diocese of Buffalo in 1950, after which he did missionary work in the Diocese of Raleigh NC. Faculty member for a brief time at Notre Dame High School in Batavia and principal of Baker-Victory High School in Lackawanna. Long-time faculty member at Bishop Turner High School in Buffalo. Assisted in parishes. Named pastor in 1969 of Our Lady of Fatima in Elba; resigned after a year and returned to his counseling position at Bishop Turner. Hospital chaplain. Died 8/3/1989. In 2018 a man reported to the Diocese that Kinmartin fondled him in 1982, when he was a Bishop Turner freshman and Kinmartin was his guidance counselor.
