Fr. Jerome Koerner
Went on leave of absence in 1972, resigned from priesthood in 1973. In 2012 the diocese received an allegation that Koerner had sexually abused a child in the 1960s in Kaukauna. He denied the allegations. Police notified. Civil suit filed 7/5/13. Laicized in 2013. On diocese’s list 1/17/19. Abuse noted to have occurred in about 1960-67. Died 1/23/21.
