Removed from his assignment 4/02. He had previously admitted “sexual relations” with a minor boy in the early 1960s. Deposition shows that a senior diocesan official was aware of questions about Koziol’s behavior for years. Diocese ordered him to have psych evaluation. Per a 2019 report commissioned by the diocese, there were two victims, both 13-year-old boys, abused 1962-65.
