Sent for treatment after housekeeper found 220 pornographic photos in the rectory in 12/99. Arrested in 1/00 and charged with 62 counts of downloading child porn. Pled guilty in 12/00; received a 10-year probated sentence. Arrested again in 2/04 after more porn found at a Benedictine monastery where he was living. Received a mandatory 10-year prison sentence in 4/04. Received an additional 10-year sentence in 9/04 for violating original probation. On diocese’s list 1/11/19. It notes he is due for release from prison in 2022.
