Fr. Daniel W. Lacroix
Placed on leave in 11/19 pending an investigation into allegations of “misconduct” occurring decades prior. Lacroix denied the allegations. The diocese’s review board deemed the allegations credible in 11/20 and recommended Lacroix’s permanent removal from ministry. Included on the diocese’s list of accused in 1/21. Lacroix filed a defamation suit against Bishop da Chunha on 2/29/21.
