First named publicly as accused on the archdiocese’s list 10/15/18. Archdiocese first received report of abuse in 1953. Suspended in 1953 and 1954. Returned to ministry after evaluation. Permanently removed from parish ministry in 1958. Died in 1984. On Baltimore archdiocese’s list 4/24/19. It notes a woman alleged in 2002 abuse by Lannon in the mid-1930s. Assigned to Baltimore parishes 1933-1943. Became priest of Washington DC archdiocese when it was established in the 1940s.
