Named publicly as credibly accused by the Galveston-Houston archdiocese on its list 1/31/2019. Included on the Burlington VT diocese’s list of credibly accused 8/22/2019. LaRoche worked in the Philippines for two years as a seminarian, with indigenous people in Fort St. John B.C., and in East Africa after ordination. He was later assigned to the Diocese of Galveston-Houston, which he left in 1987. He was assigned to VT parishes 11/1987 until 8/1992 when his assignment was “terminated” and he returned to his order. Laroche left ministry by 2/1/1993.
