Fr. Paul E. Lavin
Accused of sexually abusing boys. First complaint received in 1997. Investigation found no evidence and Lavin continued in his position. Two more men complained in 2002. Lavin was then placed on permanent leave. Laicized in 2004. At least one claim was included in a $1.3M settlement in 12/2006 with the Archdiocese.
