Fr. Samuel J. Lombard
Retired and died in 1998. Accused in a 2001 pro se lawsuit of sodomizing a 9-year-old altar boy in a sacristy in 1968. Suit dismissed on SOL. In 6/02 a woman came forward to say that Lombard had sexually assaulted her as an adult. Youth Minister Christopher Reardon (later convicted of abuse) was an altar server as a boy under Lombard and Fr. Jon Martin. Under fire for his sexual habits and his supervision of Reardon, Martin said he was recruited into the priesthood by Lombard. Name included on the 8/11 Boston archdiocese list.
