Fr. C. Neil Lucas
Placed on leave in 12/2002 after allegations that he sexually abused more than one boy in the mid-1970s. Review board recommended his removal. Lucas did not deny the allegations. Per a 3/2004 report from the diocese, Lucas was one of 10 priests permanently removed from public ministry because of credible or substantiated allegations. Included in the Diocese’s status report. Died in 11/2007.
