Deacon William D. Mahoney
Permanent deacon. Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/19 under the NY Child Victims Act of abusing a child, ages 9-13, in 1983-86. The child attended St. Ignatius Loyola in Hicksville. Went on to ordination as an Episcopal priest. Retired to Iowa. Mahoney died 3/18/19.
