Referred to variously as Francis, Albert, or Francis A. Named publicly as credibly accused by the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City on its list 10/3/2019. Noted to be a priest of the Diocese of Albany, assigned to Oklahoma City 1965-1967. Founded Youth Village for troubled boys and young men in Oklahoma. Per the Official Catholic Directory, Mantica was at Boston University for graduate studies in 1968. In 1973 Mantica was on leave, after which he no longer appears in the Directories. He died 2/16/1997.
