Monsignor. Retired. Placed on leave in 3/19 during investigation of alleged “misconduct” with a minor, years prior. Taught at Bishop Guilfoyle High School after ordination, principal there 1984-89, then director of diocese’s Office of Worship. Other assignments included parishes in Roaring Spring, Claysburg and Juniata; rector of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral since 1995; Our Lady of Fatima in Altoona administrator since 2015. As of 1/16/20 included on diocese’s list pending its decision regarding the allegations.
