Named publicly as accused by the Toledo diocese on its list in 3/2004. Allegations surfaced after McCullen moved to FL in 1960; the abuse apparently occurred in FL. Assigned until 2004 to St. Ambrose Parish in Deerfield Beach. Barred from public ministry. Matter sent to Rome. McCullen died 11/24/2013 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Included on the Orlando diocese’s list 10/6/2021.
