Accused of abuse of a minor 1943-45, per L.A. archdiocesan report. One civil suit filed in 11/03 with allegations by one person. Died 10/10/65. Included in 10/21 on the Dominicans Holy Name Province List. One settlement noted and an additional allegation established in 4/21.
