First named publicly as accused on the San Bernardino diocese’s list 10/9/18. Diocese noted to have become aware of allegations 10/17/93 of abuse 1976-80. Reported to Order. Melzer was assigned during that time to St. Matthew’s in Corona. Died 4/11/09.
