Monsignor. Named publicly as accused by the diocese on its list 4/30/19. Allegation received in 1993 of abuse of a boy under age 18 in 1989. Allegation in 2018 of abuse of a male – investigation pending. Lawsuit in 12/19 claims abuse of a boy in 1984 at Holy Family in Citrus Heights, and abuse of the boy several months earlier by Msgr. Murrough Wallace. Mistretta retired in 1990. Died 10/13/09.
