Convicted 1992 of fondling a girl, age 7, while pastor of St. Ignatius in Sacramento. Sentenced to 5 years probation and 120 hours community service. Sent to live at Sacred Heart retirement center in Los Gatos, along with several other sex offenders. Died 10/18/2004 at age 89. Included on the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/2018, noting an allegation reported in 1992 of the sexual abuse of a minor 1988-1989. On the Sacramento diocese’s list 4/30/2019, which notesan allegation received in 1988 of the sex abuse of a girl under age 14 in 1988-1989. Worked in the diocese 1962-1963 and 1975-1991.
