Convicted 1992 of fondling a girl, age 7, while pastor of St. Ignatius in Sacramento. Sentenced to 5 years probation and 120 hours community service. Sent to live at Sacred Heart retirement center in Los Gatos, along with several other sex offenders. Died 10/18/04 at age 89. On the Jesuits West Province list 12/7/18, noting allegation reported in 1992 of sexual abuse of a minor 1988-89. On Sacramento diocese’s list 4/30/19. It notes allegation received in 1988 of sex abuse of a girl under age 14 1988-89. Worked in the diocese 1962-63 and 1975-91.
