Deacon. Named publicly as accused on the archdiocese’s list 11/30/18. Extern from diocese of Zacapa (Guatemala). Allegation reported in 2003 of “misconduct” 2000-02. Left Omaha in 2003. Per the NE A.G. report in 11/21, there were complaints that Jordan was “harassing” and inappropriately “touchy” with girls in a youth group, and that he had propositioned one of their mothers for sex. He also took youth group members to a bowling alley without parental permission and allowed them to drink beer. Jordan’s personnel file shows “unspecified accusations of sexual misconduct” with a 16-year-old girl in 2003. Ordered to leave the U.S. and return to Guatemala in 7/03.
