Fr. Robert D. Moss
Named publicly as accused by the diocese on its list updated 11/5/18. In 5/18 a woman told a news outlet that in the 1990s, when she was in her early 20s, Moss kissed her and exposed himself to her. She said she told the diocese years later, but nothing was done. Another woman said he “sexually attacked” her when she went to him for counseling. Moss died in 2018. Named in a lawsuit filed in 8/19 under the NY Child Victims Act.
