Removed in 5/2002 after an allegation was reported that Mulsoff fondled a boy, age 10, once during his assignment at St. Catherine of Alexandria in Oak Lawn, sometime in the late 1960s or early 1970s. Mulsoff’s accuser had first reported the abuse anonymously in 1992 and was told that Mulsoff was being monitored. Permanently removed from ministry in 9/2005. Died in 11/2005. Included in the 5/23/2023 IL Attorney General’s Report, which notes seven “reported survivors,” of abuse 1969-1974 in Oak Lawn, 1983 in Oak Lawn, and 1978-1988 in Chicago.
