Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/19 under the NY Child Victims Act. Seven different assignments as parish priest, then pastor 1977-83 at St. Martin’s in Port Leyden. Army chaplain 1983-2003, then pastor at Black River and Deferiet NY parishes until retirement in 2012. Died 5/27/13.
