Accused of abuse of two teenage girls in 1991. Placed on leave with restricted faculties in 1992 and “retired” in 1993. Additional restrictions added 2004. Died in 3/06. Name is included on secret 1994 memo from Wm. Lynn to Msgr. James Molloy (released 2/27/12) regarding priests in secret archives who were guilty of or accused of sexual misconduct with a minor.
