Named publicly as accused by the Diocese on its list 1/2/2020. Allegations substantiated. Faculties permanently removed 2/20/1984, reportedly due to Nelson’s defying the bishops by insisting on pre-Vatican ways in terms of liturgy and not following canon law. He died 8/13/1988.
