Retired in 2015. Accused in a lawsuit filed in 8/2020 of sexually abusing a boy, age 13 or 14 in the early 1990s, while pastor of St. Francis de Paula in Tularosa. (The parish was part of the El Paso Diocese at the time of the alleged abuse.) Faculties revoked.
