Fr. Edward W. Offenheiser
Per the Brooklyn diocese on 2/22/19, Offenheiser had been accused, but he was not included on its list because the diocese ‘found the allegations to be unsubstantiated.’ Offenheiser’s accuser was, however, included in the IRCP (Independent Reconciliation and Compensation Program). Died in 1988.
