Arrested in 1997. Pleaded guilty in 1998 to the sexual assault of a boy for seven years in the 1980s, beginning when boy was age six. Sentenced to 10 years. The victim filed suit against Osinski, Bishop Rodimer and the diocese. Osinski and Rodimer shared a vacation home for over 20 years, where the boy was abused. Settled in 1999. Osinski may have been living in the Shenandoah, PA area as of 2009. On sex offender registry. Laicized in 2003. On the diocese’s list 2/13/2019. Deceased.
