In 2007 a man told the diocese that he had been abused as a youth by Parker in 1988-89 at St. Apollinaris parish in Napa. In 9/07 Parker admitted to the abuse. Victim settled with the diocese for $215K in late 2008. Laicized 5/08. On diocese’s list 1/12/19.
