First revealed in 3/20/18 diocesan list as removed, retired, or having left ministry after allegations of sexual abuse of a minor. Per Directories, ‘awaiting assignment’ 1985-86, ‘absent on leave’ 2002-03, then ‘retired.’ Removed from diocesan payroll 5/1/20 as part of bankruptcy agreement. A suit filed in 7/20 claims abuse 1973-74 of a 7- to 8-year-old. As of 1/22, case sent to the Vatican.
